Are you battling a war inside?

Maybe saying you won't be good enough? Are life stressors impeding you from making the changes you want? Do you cope by using food, alcohol, and/or other drugs? Are you struggling with depression in guilt?

While it can be exhausting, you can find relief, hope, and recovery. By being here, you have taken the biggest step of all!

Your story matters.

We are often our own worst enemy.

No words cut deeper than the ones we tell ourselves. You have felt that you have lost yourself or might have actually lost yourself in drugs or alcohol.

You have maybe heard messages from others or society telling you.

Messages like, “You aren’t worth it”. You experience depression and lose interest in the things that matter.

It can also make the great moments difficult because you feel you don’t deserve it.

You deserve the greatness!

Working together, we will unpack all that heavy baggage.

You will find relief from shame, self-doubt, and guilt.

Hopeful flower. Dealing with self-esteem, eating disorders, addiction, negative thoughts. Lifestyle therapy.

There are new ways to embrace your emotions. You will improve your relationships with others, self, and food.

You will improve self-esteem by learning to love yourself and achieving who you are meant to bee.

For those who have been working on your lifestyle changes, it can be frustrating when you keep facing obstacles or your own negative thoughts.

You think it’s never possible. That you will be like this forever.

You start the cycle of binging and restricting.

The shame creeps up that leads to habits such as hiding your food or having long periods of step backs.

You feel alone and like no one understands what you are feeling.

You experience anxiety going out to eat or avoid it all together. Depression sets in when goals aren’t met and you feel stuck.

You can get unstuck and we can help !

Finding support is important now more than ever.

Knowing you are not in it alone can make all the difference. Learning new skills to help you on your path to health and a new lifestyle will set you up for future success.

Also, you will have a cheerleader combating your negative critic and reminding you that you are worth so much more. You will find comfort in the journey.

Together, we can work by identifying your clear goals, overcome obstacles you are facing, and address the shame you feel.
